In order to maintain the high standard of every case we handle, we have a standard operation procedure (SOP) for each task. Those SOPs will be revised from time to time so as to improve the productivity and quality.Once the customer service department receives enquiries from customer, estimation of the source material will be conducted (according to the number of words, content, required
delivery time, etc) then offer the best quotation as soon as possible. Translators in the respective field will be assigned to the case accordingly at the same time. The process of all cases of translation is monitored by a translation supervisor. Customers can revise the original source material from time to time according to their own wills. In order to maintain the high standard of the translation, all cases will be proofread under the following practice:
1) The translator proofreads the material after the first translation.
2) Senior translator proofreads rigorously and makes revision if necessary.
3) Translator Supervisor revises the material to ensure it is up to standard.
