Case file will be created by the customer service department as soon as the agreement has been signed. Customers will be able to check the progress of the case at any time by calling the customer service department.
1) Receiving: Case creation (Customer Service), Materials estimation (Translator Supervisor)
2) Offer: Quotation, Trial translation, Time estimation
3) Translating: Translation, Proofreading (Translator), Proofreading (Senior Translator)
4) Revising: Polishing and Proofreading (Translator Supervisor)
5) Delivering: Final checks and Generation of translated documents (Customer Service)
Most of the procedures above will be executed simultaneously in order to minimize the project time. |
